Anti-Pimple Cream Resource for Acne – Pimple cure

hi, about 9 months ago, for no apparent reason, my face began to have a burning sensation. it feels like a sunburn that i have all the time, only underneath the skin. its horrible, because the burning sensation gets worse when: i meet new people, watch tv, go on the computer, am near heat ( even a raise in a few degrees will make it flare up), eating (the motion of chewing) laughing, exercise, basically anything physical will make it burn even more then usual for days.along with the burning, my face gets really red. there is now peelling or anything, and after a couple days the red goes down a bit. (but there is always a bit of redness) i think it has something to do with my blood vessels because when it burns (after something makes it flare) i can fell my heart pounding, and can feel my heart beat in my face intensely. what makes it even stranger is when i go out at night in the cold (i cant go outside in the day because it is to hot) my fase, and especially my nose, becomes freezing. and as if it could not get any wore, around the same time it started to burn, i have broken out with bad pimples that will not go away. i cant even try and control the pimples, because any anti-pimple creme or wash i use makes my face more red, and burn more! i have been to pharmacists, doctors, dermatologists, and no one knows whats wrong. hopefully someone out there knows what is wrong with me. Please help me.
